I am checking off things to do on my list for today and was about to bypass my coffee and move on to start working on a story I had started a few days ago.

Nope, because my cup of hot coffee with a little cinnamon in it is just as important as that story. This is not that story. I will come back to that thought. 

The idea of making a list is to do everything on that list and true you don’t have to do everything in order, but one should never put your needs aside to get that list done.

I am also done with listening to the media. One story would say coffee isn’t good for you, then there would be another that would say there isn’t anything wrong with drinking coffee.

I know I will get a headache if I don’t have at least one cup of coffee. I  believe everyone has the right to enjoy their hot beverage at least once (if it’s not a medical issue and that is a different story) a day.

Then again there are so many tea’s and some mixed with milk, that could be a way to go from coffee to tea..
