I am in another Anime world, because I didn’t choose a series I am already familiar with and chose something new. I normally stay away from anything with the word god in it. I liked the art work so I decided to give this show a chance. 

“Noragami” isn’t what I thought and it is a good show to watch. One doesn’t have to look too far to see the meaning of each chapter and maybe take something from it, that applies to the real world. 

Chapter 1: How (Hiyori) a normal girl not only saw a god, not knowing who he (Yato) was, and helped him from getting hit by a bus. In which she is caught up in between worlds. 

Chapter 2: She learns how she got that way and seeks Yato’s help to get her back to normal. Oh everyone sees her sleeping all the time, when she isn’t in her body, and she doesn’t like it.

Chapter 3: Hiyori  thought she could help Yato by finding him a spirit that could work with him, but she did and didn’t. She may have found the wrong spirit, but as they were running for their lives Yato found what he was looking for. Yukine became his sword and together they defended the bad spirit.

Hiyori is looking at her new temporary life through human eyes as Yato only sees it his way. She thinks she can fight alone. I don’t know if she will be able to do it in the future, but it’s a good thing Yato helps her even if he doesn’t want to.

I can ‘t wait to see what else happens next..

SynopsisIn times of need, if you look in the right place, you just may see a strange telephone number scrawled in red. If you call this number, you will hear a young man introduce himself as the Yato God. Yato is a minor deity and a self-proclaimed “Delivery God,” who dreams of having millions of worshippers. Without a single shrine dedicated to his name, however, his goals are far from being realized. He spends his days doing odd jobs for five yen apiece, until his weapon partner becomes fed up with her useless master and deserts him. Just as things seem to be looking grim for the god, his fortune changes when a middle school girl, Hiyori Iki, supposedly saves Yato from a car accident, taking the hit for him. Remarkably, she survives, but the event has caused her soul to become loose and hence able to leave her body.
