I had to yell at myself, (in my head of course) âSHUT UP!â and just keep my word. I said I wasnât going to offer a ride on my bus service to anyone who doesnât appreciate it. I answered a simple question and did not give the reply that reply that would normally follow.
I was feeling bad, like I was wrong in not offering my help, but then I remember the complaints. The manipulation of getting a ride that wasnât offered. I just smiled and kept my mouth shut.
I didnât give a reason, because I wasnât asked. I donât want to open a can of worms unless I have too. If asked I will be respectful and hope we could still be friends. If there is an apology, maybe I would try again, but that is a Big âIF?â
In the end if someone is doing something for you, you should be grateful, and hold back your complaints.
I started an app called noom vibe. It’s an app that will help me get back to the person I used to be. I realized I needed help, a good motivation to help me keep moving. It’s hard when you are alone in the physical world, but I know my Lord Jesus is with me every step, every breath, He is in everything I do. Through Him I will overcome everything that is in my way….
I know I should be drinking more water and eating better. I am going to make sure I rearrange how I think. I eat on how I am feeling. At first I tell myself I am going to eat a little at a time, because I donât want to give up on food I like, and have been eating for years. That doesnât always work, because it’s hard to stop eating good food. I was more active a few days (years) ago and could eat anything.
I was told by my doctor I need to add more vitamins to my diet. I know vitamins are good, but I am so over taking pills. There has to be another way?
I like the idea of a two for one. I can go for a thirty minute walk (or longer if I am talking to someone or into my music) and get some vitamin D (donât forget the sunscreen) as I burn off a few calories.
I signed up for a free app called, ânoom vibe,â and so far it’s helping me keep my word. Itâs an app that helps you lose weight. You donât have to do it alone, rather it’s with family or friends or friends online.
I have never liked drinking water and today was the first time I ever drank six cups of water, as was suggested by this app. I may only be able to do this when I am at home, but I am proud of myself for doing it.
I noticed one thing today? I rather drank warm water. One would think I was boiling water for tea all day, but they would have been wrong. I meant to add some lemon in one of these cups.
I once told my doctor I was drinking water with lemon in it and my eyes opened when she asked, âwhyâ? I couldnât believe I had to tell her lemons are good for vitamin C. I am laughing. I didnât bother to tell her I was also drinking: lemon, ginger and turmeric powder at least twice a week. Oh, I almost forgot the black pepper. I either do a shot or add some hot water for tea. I will add an article that can say more on how good this taggy drink is for you..
I went for a walk earlier, one short workout, and I want to do one more before it gets too dark. I had to stop looking at the big picture, because there wasnât any motivation. That picture actually stopped me from wanting to move forward.
One has to start from the beginning before one can get to the end. I am smiling, because I know I can reach my goal. I never thought I would drink so much water, workout more than once a day, or even sit down long enough to do some meditation.
Oh before I forget. On this enjoyable app there is, âfitonâ and they give you a list of things you can do at all levels. If you have Roku you can also add it to your TV
I am checking off things to do on my list for today and was about to bypass my coffee and move on to start working on a story I had started a few days ago.
Nope, because my cup of hot coffee with a little cinnamon in it is just as important as that story. This is not that story. I will come back to that thought.
The idea of making a list is to do everything on that list and true you donât have to do everything in order, but one should never put your needs aside to get that list done.
I am also done with listening to the media. One story would say coffee isnât good for you, then there would be another that would say there isnât anything wrong with drinking coffee.
I know I will get a headache if I donât have at least one cup of coffee. I believe everyone has the right to enjoy their hot beverage at least once (if it’s not a medical issue and that is a different story) a day.
Then again there are so many teaâs and some mixed with milk, that could be a way to go from coffee to tea..

I have only tried milk with black tea and I like it. There are more, which is in the article above, and hopefully there will be something else just as good.
I didnât get past the first one, because my coffee is smelling way too good to let it get cold. Time for coffee.
