Finishing what I Started

Photo by Rifqi Ramadhan on Pexels.com

As I sip on my hot water thinking about my next step. Then I remember what I had started writing and why I stopped adding on to my, ā€œOnline Traveling Blog?ā€ I didn’t find anything that caught my attention.

I stopped in Mississippi and my next stop is Missouri. I don’t know what I will find, but I am hoping to find something interesting to do and see there.

And, this is the new me? I may not finish a full storyline in one day, but my goal is to write or type something everyday.

Just like when I am crocheting and I have told others ā€œEvery stitch counts, because they will get you closer to ending your project,ā€ when asked why I crochet on the bus.

The more you write or type, and each word will add to your story.

Out of Order…..

Photo by Mizuno K on Pexels.com

I know what I want to do, but how to go about doing it is the question. I came off that starting line full of energy not slowing down as objects kept getting in my way, but I am slowing down no were close to the end of my race.

It is a good thing I am not competing with anyone else other than myself.

Today was the first day out to be the person I know I can be.

I am not giving up, but moving to another step.

Who says, ā€œOne has to go in order to get to where you want to be?ā€

I know everything that is on my list and know what can be moved around.

It’s not like reading a book or directions to  build a bookcase. Where you have to go step by step and not mix things up.

All that matters is I am Not giving up on myself.

A New Start…..

It is time for me to restart and move forward. Life sometimes gets in the way of plans no matter the ā€œiā€ you dot or the ā€œTā€ you cross.Ā Ā

{}Romans‬ ‭4:20‬ ‭NIV‬‬

[20] Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God,Ā https://romans.bible/romans-4-20 {}

I am beyond tired of just getting through each day with no change and no hope. It is a good thing I know better.I am a determine to do thisĀ My way.

{}‭‭Psalms‬ ‭18:32‬ ‭NIV‬‬

[32] It is God who arms me with strength and keeps my way secure.

This also goes without saying, “Don’t tell others about your dreams,” because they may not want you to set them free!

Beyond PayCheck to PayCheck..

Photo by Lisa Fotios on Pexels.com

The idea of owning your own business sounds like a good idea, but with so much work behind that closed door – has me rethinking this new idea. I had an idea of the amount of work that goes into owning your own business and thought I looked more into it.

I have heard this more than once, ā€œOnce you start using your gift as a business, you may not want to create anymore,ā€ but I find that hard to believe. I will always crochet if there is enough light and I am able to sit for a few minutes, how can I not crochet?

I am not going to think about that right now, because I got these two projects. I can’t wait to get started. I am  still frogging one bag full. I know I said I wasn’t going to do that again, but this time it wasn’t one of my projects. This was yarn that was given to me and this doesn’t count.

The multi-colored yarn is thicker than I normally work with and I was surprised it’s actually as soft as the simple soft yarn. I wish I knew its name, but that’s cool. I  am going to have to double the simple soft yarn together in order for it to work with this new yarn, but that’s cool.

I am not going to give up on starting my own business, because I have faith in myself to be better tomorrow then I am today. I do plan on traveling again and enjoying my life to its fullest and that means going past paycheck to paycheck..
