A Time for Me.

Smiling and feeling good and wondering if my heart rate is racing faster than normal, because I am beyond thrill the Word is building up within me?

You guide me with your counsel, leading me to a glorious destiny.

Psalms 73:24 NLT

I got up slowly and going by what I’ve done yesterday and the day  before that and then I heard a “smark.” I had to shake my head and continue to play my game, but then I set up straight as if I got poked with a tiny pin.

Turned the tv on channel 1911 the gospel music choice got a bottle of water and began my workout. It was only 30 minutes a slow and low impact workout, but it felt good. I hadn’t workout in more then five years.

I talked the talk on wanting to better myself, but wasn’t taking steps to do it. Then getting depressed when I see this big girl looking back at me in the mirror.

I said I was going to:

Drink more water.

Get more into the Word (Bible).

Get back to the person I am meant to be.

And to listen to my spirit and Not my body.

“So pay attention to how you hear. To those who listen to my teaching, more understanding will be given. But for those who are not listening, even what they think they understand will be taken away from them.”

Luke 8:18 NLT

I reread my study book of the bible in my point of view. I am done with The Book of Esther.” I started 1st Samuel, so I am going from there. I decided I was going to keep my studies in the written form, because I like my colorful words my expressing questions and my thoughts.

I am still Smiling, because I’m sure I will share the Word again, because His Love is within and its meant to be shared.

I also said I was going to enjoy my coffee on the patio. I’ve been so full of the Word I put aside coffee, but now it’s time for me.

Did you know there’s a time for everything:

To be within His (God’s) spirit.

To keep your word.

And time to just be you.

It seems like ten minutes to sip on a cup of coffee, tea, or even hot chocolate doesn’t really matter. It does, because if you don’t take time t o love yourself. “Who else will?” If you don’t love yourself, you can’t love anyone else, and tbe CANNOT love you in return.

Take some time just for you and feel a Smile come your way.
