Celery Juice or Not?

I had saw celery juice in the store, but walked passed it. I saw it a few time on facebook, but never gave it a second look. I made a sour face thinking why would I drink something green?

I started thinking about how I can add more healthy food items to my diet, so I can get back to a better me, and stop taking all of these meds. Once again someone was talking about celery juice.

Guess who bought a bag of celery and just cut up a few pieces before I actually knew what to do with it. I was just thinking about adding a little water and putting it into my mini NutriBullet.

Then I thought I should see how it is actually done, if I was wrong.

** I love the Rachael Ray Show and I know she has some great ideas, so of course I clicked on this. I was all in until  Ms. Bronfman said this drink should be drunk in the morning on an empty tummy. She did say you can make it the day before, but it’s best the day you make it. This would be a no for me, because of my work schedule. I may try it on an off day.

This video said almost what I was thinking, but the extra work to get to the juice has me saying, “no” once again.  I still would like some more info. 

**side note: I thought I was going to be making some celery juice to take the place of one of the glasses of water I am making myself drink,  but that idea went up in flames.

Yes, there was more, but I am done. When I got up for another cup of water I saw the celery I had already cut up. I knew I wasn’t going to just snack on them or throw them away. Since it was almost 1 o’clock in a salad it goes. 

I jazzed up a salad I made before (that didn’t have celery or tomatoes in it, but it was good.  I did add in a little ranch dressing in it as well. https://thestayathomechef.com/cucumber-salad/ 

I learned how to eat with chopsticks a few weeks ago and can’t stop eating with them, even when it’s not a California roll. After a light snack and another cup of water. I am going to start on my red project.
