When I heard it was coming back, I was screaming YES!!!!!!  The only problem I have is, I have to wait until it is dub. I can’t read and watch the show at the same time.

Bleach (TV series)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This article is about Japanese anime television series. For other uses, see Bleach (disambiguation)

Bleach (stylized as BLEACH) is a Japanese anime television series based on Tite Kubo‘s original manga series of the same name. It was produced by Studio Pierrot and directed by Noriyuki Abe. The series aired on TV Tokyo from October 2004 to March 2012, spanning 366 episodes. The story follows the adventures of Ichigo Kurosaki after he obtains the powers of a Soul Reaper—a death personification similar to the Grim Reaper—from another Soul Reaper, Rukia Kuchiki. His newfound powers force him to take on the duties of defending humans from evil spirits and guiding departed souls to the afterlife. The anime adaptation includes original storylines not found in the manga with repeated appearances and stories containing these original characters.

Viz Media obtained foreign television and home video distribution rights to the Bleach anime in March 2006. Bleach was broadcast in the United States on Adult Swim from September 2006 to November 2014.

In March 2020, it was announced that the manga’s final story arc, “Thousand-Year Blood War”, would receive an anime television series adaptation, which is set to premiere in October 2022.  {}

My son has been trying to get me to read anime for years, but I find it hard to read right to left. He has told me the new story is so GOOD, but I need to read it. I will have to work on learning this new skill, but right now. I am happy to have restarted the series. Well, I started when Rukia was about to be executed, but he saved her from getting killed.

Rukia Kuchiki

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Rukia Kuchiki (Japanese: 朽木 ルキア, Hepburn: Kuchiki Rukia) is a fictional character in the anime and manga series Bleach created by Tite Kubo. In the series, Rukia is a Soul Reaper, (死神, Shinigami, literally ‘Death God’), in charge of slaying evil spirits known as Hollows. At the beginning, after a brief meeting with the protagonist of the series, Ichigo Kurosaki, who can see supernatural beings such as Soul Reapers, she is forced to give him her powers in order to fulfill her duties as a Soul Reaper. Rukia has appeared in several other pieces of Bleach media, including the four feature films in the series, the two original video animations and several video games.

Rukia was the first character of the series created by Kubo, her design being the one he decided to use for all the other Soul Reapers.[3] Reaction to her character is generally positive. Her differences from typical shōnen heroines is praised,[4] as is her interaction with other characters.[5] Additionally, she usually ranks second in Weekly Shōnen Jumps Bleach popularity polls, and is consistently the most popular female character in those polls.[6] Several pieces of merchandise have been released in Rukia’s likeness, including a plush doll and several figurines.[citation needed]  {}

I cannot wait to watch the new ‘Bleach,’ but until then I will enjoy the show once again. I want to say I started last Monday, skipped the part when Ichigo and the others returned to the real world, and picked it back up Season 6 chapter 110.

Ichigo Kurosaki

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Ichigo Kurosaki (Japanese: 黒崎 一護, Hepburn: Kurosaki Ichigo) is a fictional character in the Bleach manga series and its adaptations created by Tite Kubo. He is the main protagonist of the series, who receives Soul Reaper powers after befriending Rukia Kuchiki, the Soul Reaper assigned to patrol around the fictional city of Karakura Town. These powers come at the cost of Rukia’s own, and as a result, Ichigo concedes to work as Rukia’s stand-in, fighting to protect people from evil spirits called Hollows and sending good spirits, wholes, to a dimension known as the Soul Society. In addition to the manga series, Ichigo appears in many other pieces of Bleach media, including the anime series, the four featured films, the two original video animations, rock musicals, several video games, light novels and the 2018 live-action film.

Kubo said that Ichigo was created to replace Rukia as the protagonist of the series because he felt she was not suited for the role. In the animated adaptations of Bleach, Ichigo is voiced by Masakazu Morita in Japanese.[1] In the English adaptations, he is voiced by Johnny Yong Bosch.[3] In the live-action film, he is played by Sota Fukushi.[5]

His character has been well received among both readers and reviewers. Ichigo is often featured in Weekly Shōnen Jump character popularity polls. He was consistently ranked as the most popular character in Bleach.[6] The 2007 Japanese Newtype magazine polls ranked Ichigo as one of the top 100 most-loved anime characters. Reviewers of the series have praised his personality, though some consider him to be a stereotypical anti-hero. Merchandise based on Ichigo’s likeness has been released, including toys, clothing and action figures. However, critics disliked his anticlimactic fights in the series’ latter half due to his lack of memorable scenes at these points.  {}

I am about to work on my dark mix stitch project and watched Bleach until  family game time. I was telling my son – it’s too bad Grimmjow is a bad guy, but he is cute.

The Sohma Family: Momiji & Akito…

I cannot remember how many times I watched Fruit Basket, but when I watched Momiji Sohma realized his curse had been broken. He was in wonder of how free he felt , but also sad at the same time. Akito Sohma (the head of the family) realized he was no longer attached to her at the same moment and rushed to see him. She didn’t understand what was happening and was surprised when she was asked to go home.

I liked when he said: {}

If I keep trying, then someday… I’ll be strong enough that those memories can’t defeat me. I want to believe that there’s no such thing as a memory that’s okay to forget.

—Momiji Sohma  {}

Momiji held love in his heart even when the most important person pushed him aside. His mother couldn’t handle him turning into a rabbit, so her memory of him was erased. She may have forgotten about the son she gave birth to, but he remembers and loves her. True love cannot be forgotten.

One cannot force anyone to love them, a bond isn’t made from force, but from LOVE. LOVE is a bond that cannot be broken. Love is what holds everything together. Rather you show love to family, to a handful of people you call friends, or to a stranger passing by………

God and the spirits of the Zodiac made a promise. It was a long, long time ago. Hundreds of years or more. To be together, for eternity. No matter how many times they were reborn, the spirits would go to God’s side and never leave. They would meet, and stay forever. Together… forever. We’re bound by that promise even now. Even if we don’t remember it, the blood of the Zodiac spirits remembers. From the outside, a “bond” may sound romantic, but if it feels like a burden to those involved, then it’s only a manacle. That’s why it’s a “curse”.

Isuzu Sohma about the curse. {}

This curse of the Sohma family is a bond that should have never been started. It started out of being lonely. When the original god got some friends, he didn’t want that feeling to end, so that feeling went on for years, but with different people.

We all show love in different ways and some don’t even realizes its

Love that controls their every step. How can one word mean so much? Has so many different forms.

Is it okay for me to have my own life now, father, now that I’m not “special” anymore?

~ Akito Sohma.

Akito Sohma is the main antagonist-turned-heroine in the manga and anime series Fruits Basket. She is the love interest of Shigure Sohma. She is the head of Sohma family and cursed by the God of the zodiac. She is also the only daughter of Akira Sohma and Ren Sohma. {}

Only a handful of people know Akito was a girl. She was surrounded by people, no people were attached to her, but her fear of being alone made her act in a different way than love. The act she was forced to play all her life, she didn’t know how to act or be anyone else. The problem with a lie is the truth always wants to come out.

I have always wondered why some fight for love, while others fight against it? Some say love can make you blind or strong. I believe love is a little of both, but through it all, being honest with your feelings.

`Love is an intense feeling of affection.’

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

John 3:16 KJV

Love shouldn’t be feared, forced, or ignored.

Anime Watch list #3

~It took me a few clicks before I found a new anime. I was actually just clicking on what the cover looked like, and then reading about it before actually watching it. I am thinking this one is about everyone improving their grades. Well I have to see if  I am right..

#1 – I watched almost three episodes and really couldn’t get into it. I understand there will be a difference in what everyone’s level is, but to be totally judged on that and the school isn’t even trying to teach them to be the best they can be. One can always become stronger, if they aren’t chasing someone else. I DO NOT LIKE THIS ANIME.

~ I was thinking about going back to something I have already watch, because I am just about done working on my pastel blanket . I haven’t decided what my next project will be, and if I am looking at something I already know I will like. That will take one decision away.

~ Then again one can only watch the same anime, movie, or even read the same book so many times before one gets sick of it. (put a picture of a question mark here)

#2 Okay, I remembered why I stopped watching this anime. I DO NOT CARE TO WATCH TWO BOYS & I am going to leave it at that….

~ Now I really want to go back to watching something I have already seen……

#3  I really wished I had started with this series this morning. I may or may not be able to watch at least two more before I go to sleep tonight. This is one of those times I wished I could get paid to watch anime, how sweet would that be?

Anita King, Maggie Mui, and Michelle Cheung are the Paper Sisters. They run the Three Sisters Detective Agency in Hong Kong which is dedicated to solving cases involving books. They are hired as local guides for Nenene Sumiregawa, a Japanese novelist who has been struggling with writer’s block following the disappearance of her longtime friend, Yomiko Readman. The sisters are all Paper Masters—individuals with the power to control paper—and with their abilities, they save Nenene from the dangerous terrorists targeting her at a book signing. But in case they strike again, the sisters remain as her bodyguards to protect her from further harm.

#4 This is a new anime and I almost didn’t click on it, because it was about fighting. Then again, why not, and I am so glad I did. Yes, there is fighting in it, but it’s more about a young man Kenichci wanting to protect himself and friends from those who would do them harm. It reminded me of the movie, “The Karate Kid,” but in an anime.

~ I just have the border to go around my pink projects, before I can start on my next project… Yeah…

A Look at New Anime’s

Photo by Oleg Magni on

I am happy I found a new anime to watch. It is called, “New Game.” this would be the second one I started today.  I couldn’t get into the first one and since I moved on I cannot recall the title of it..

{} New Game! Is an anime television series based on the manga series created by Shōtarō Tokunō and published in Houbunsha’s Manga Time Kirara Carat magazine. The series follows Aoba Suzukaze, a high school graduate who begins working at the Eagle Jump video game company as a character designer.

#1 This was my first time seeing an all-girl cast and just like in reality girls can do almost everything a guy can do. I didn’t just choose this anime, because it was featuring girls as the main characters. I like the idea of a ‘new game’ or a ‘new anime.’ I was looking for something that was fun and had no fighting in it.

Yes, there were challenges, but instead of hurting each other with their fist, they worked everything out using their creative minds. I wonder what the world would look like if each person could just talk out their differences?

Okay, sorry for getting off track. I am sad, because I watched an anime late last night and forgot its title. It was the last thing I turned off and it will still be in my history. Yeah right, because I got up working on my “Online travel” blog and that history was no more.

I was about to give up on looking for another anime for now, but I had to watch something while I enjoyed my coffee. So, I came across

Kenka Banchou Otome: Girl Boys

Synopsis: Kenka  Banchou Otome – Girl Beats Boys, Hinako Nakayama has spent all of her life being raised in state-run orphanages, without ever knowing her family. As she’s about to enter high school, Hinako is approached by Hikaru, a boy who claims to be her twin brother.

According to Hikaru, Hikaru and Hinako are the children of the head of the powerful Onigashima yakuza family, and Hikaru wants Hinako to switches places with him a Shishiku Academy, an all-boys school overrun with the nation’s toughest delinquents. Can Hinako save her brother, find romance, and become the new boss of the school?

#2 I didn’t think I would see another anime where a girl is pretending to be a boy like, “The Host Club”. The only difference here is that only a few know she is really a girl. At first they tried to get her to tell her secret, because a few guessed or had an idea that she was a girl. For reasons of their own they accepted it, and helped her.  One of them turned out to be a childhood friend.

I was only supposed to watch one episode, but I ended up watching all 12 and now I am hoping there will be a second season. After all this is only her first year.

SoniAni: Super Sonico The Animation

Synopsis: Super Sonico is a clutzy, adorable, and well-endowed 18-year old girl. She’s a complete sucker for anything cute, especially stray cats, all of which she giddily adopts. However, though Sonico should be enjoying a carefree and simply lifestyle as a young college student, her life is really anything but easy: she must balance being a professional model, working part-time at her grandmother’s restaurant, and practicing guitar and performing concerts with her friends Suzi Fujimi and Fuuri Watanuki in their band, First Astronomical Velocity–all while attending college. SoniAni: Super Sonico the Animation follows Sonico as she faces daunting challenges in her search for her place in the world, even when her days are brimming with love and happiness.

#3 I LOVE This anime. I have been laughing on and off all day and even a small tear. Sonico was a;ways smiling and that made other’s want to smile as well. She encouraged others sometimes without even knowing it, a person with a good heart, and a passion to set her dreams free.

She was a model, but that was just a job away to pay for school and to allow her to perform in her band. She also LOVES cats and who couldn’t love anyone who loves cats?

** sidenote: This should have been watched in a few days, but I watched all 12 episodes. I guess it would have been okay if I was working on a project, but I didn’t feel like turning on the lights. Oh well it’s after 11pm and with all this darkness. I am going to call it a night….

Can’t believe I not only watched two new anime series in one day, but I like them enough to watch again. Hope there’s another season for them both?

Restaurant to Another World : Japanese light novel series

Restaurant to Another World is a Japanese light novel series written by Junpei Inuzuka, with illustrations by Katsumi Enami. Shufunotomo have released five volumes of the series since February 2015. An Anime television series adaptation by Silver Link aired from July 3 to September 18, 2017. A second season by OLM will premiere on October 2, 2021.{}

# 4: I was looking for an anime that didn’t have any fighting in it or magic and when I typed in the word ‘cafe’ the Restaurant to Another World came up. This restaurant caters to different world’s. At first some were confused and didn’t think human food would be as good as it is, but everyone who comes through this door agrees the food is the best that they had ever tasted.

** side note : I really did enjoy this easy going story and although I only watched six episodes. I will watch the remaining six episodes at a later date.

{}  Neighbor’s Club | Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai Wiki | Fandom > wiki> Neighbor & The Neighbor’s Club (隣人部, Rinjin-bu)  is a social club and the focus of the Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai series. Realizing that the both lack social lives, Kodaka Hasegawa and  Yozora Mikazuki decide that the best way to improve their situation is to form the Neighbor’s Club to make friends and learn social skills. {}

#5 This anime started off okay as two people noticing that they would like to make friends, but their personality makes it hard to do. They agree to start a club, good, and the first two episodes seemed okay. Then that changed and THIS ANIME ISN’T MEANT FOR YOUNG ADULTS OR THOSE WITH A FAITH KIND OF MIND.

F.Y.I   That’s the reason why I didn’t add  a picture. I cannot say how much I DISLIKE this anime.  I think I will go back to something I have already watched and like. I will look for something new over the weekend…  Who can guess what I will be watching next?

Bye IV Now, LD*

A New Anime..

I started watching a new anime and of course I forgot its title. Good thing there is google. This is what I typed in, ‘an anime where a young girl solves mystery and stays in a library,’ and this is its answer:

{} Gosick No. Kazuya, a Japanese student in the Saint Marguerite Academy in Sauville, meets a mysterious girl named Victorque atop the school’s library tower.

Gosick – Wikipedia {}

– Wikipedia Images may be subject to copyright.{}

I don’t get why she has to stay on the school grounds all the time or that her brother act likes she isn’t there, even though she is helping him, but Victorque accepts it as her faith. I want to say Kazuya was tricked into going to the tower and there he found a friend he didn’t know he was looking for.

She has a mind that will clear up any kind of mystery and loves finding an answer to an unknown question. He seems to always be in an area at the wrong time and by the time he realizes he is in trouble it’s too late.

He helps her not to be bored all the time and she helps him be able to stand on his own and not in the shadow of his brothers.

This is a cool anime. I am enjoying this story as my pastel project gets bigger. The weekend is almost here and I don’t want to spend it in the house. I don’t have a clue as to what I will do or where I will go, but I have two more days to think it out…
