I am working hard to drink more water and less coffee. Even though coffee tastes better. I was looking for a healthier coffee and didnât come up with any. At least none that didnât have a side effect. Dandelion coffee is supposed to be good for you, and it does help you go to the bathroom, but who wants that? Then again, if there is ever a need, I guess drinking coffee to help would be a good thing.
Drinking hot spicy lemon water and watching an old movie is better than drinking another cup of coffee. I am sipping on a bottle of water here and there, because I know it’s good for me. I have stopped trying to figure out why what is healthy either tastes bad or costs a lot?
I am finding myself chewing on gum, instead of getting the chips that are on top of the refrigerator. I did get Lays with less salt, so not as bad, but it’s true no one can get just one or a few. There is also some onion dip inside of the frig. I may have gotten that for someone else, but it’s still there for me to enjoy as well.

Season 10âŚ.
I couldnât wait until Bleach returns. I thought I would watch it again from the start, but I couldnât bring myself to do that. I remembered each episode and could watch it again.
I started at Season 10 and as I worked on my burgundy project (hoping to finish it today, which didnât happen) and enjoy a day of rest.
Bleach isnât an anime a young person should watch or one who doesnât want to watch a fighting anime.
Bleach comes in my top ten anime that I like a lot. One day I will make a list of all the anime I like the mostâŚâŚ..
I got up today with a purpose. I have been looking into a side job for a few weeks and finally found one I really wanted to do. The words fear and afraid only crossed my mind for a second. Then I realized who I am and I will Never give up on myself.
My way of thinking when in doubt, get into the word. My mind may wander, my feelings may get hurt, and I am unsure of myself at times. I like to say I always find what I am looking for, but thatâs a joke. I like to go to my church service online. It’s true I know I shouldnât fear anything or anyone. It is easier said, then done, but it’s true. I start thinking about what ifâs and here comes the meaning of that word.

I got ready to start my new adventure and at the start a new sign popped on my computer. I thought my computer was set up for all programs, but I may have been wrong. I started second guessing. I couldnât get that thought out of my mind.
Once again. I am putting my hopes and dreams aside, but I WILL NOT GIVE UP ON MY DREAMS. I will get someone to look at my computer and add the right program. I WILL NOT BE STOPPEDâŚâŚ
Today was the first time in two months I was able to go outside for a walk. I would have been out longer, but there were so many dogs out. I didnât mind the ones on a leash, but the ones that werenât. I am going back to what was said years ago, â if you donât have anything nice to say – donât say anything at allâ. I may have walked longer. Well, I am glad I got in an hour.
I got to thinking about what my doctor had said about me eating more protein and Iâm like âI eat two eggs every morning and at least one dish with chicken in it once a weekâ. I thought that was enough, but I guess I was wrong.
I like eating mostly veggies and fruit. The thought of eating more meat had me making faces. Then I found myself asking a question or two. Here are a few suggestions I got from Google:
