Season 10….

  • I couldn’t wait until Bleach returns. I thought I would watch it again from the start, but I couldn’t bring myself to do that. I remembered each episode and could watch it again.
  • I started at Season 10 and as I worked on my burgundy project (hoping to finish it today, which didn’t happen) and enjoy a day of rest.
  • Bleach isn’t an anime a young person should watch or one who doesn’t want to watch a fighting anime.
  • Bleach comes in my top ten anime that I like a lot. One day I will make a list of all the anime I like the most……..

Not Again…

I got up today with a purpose. I have been looking into a side job for a few weeks and finally found one I really wanted to do. The words fear and afraid only crossed my mind for a second. Then I realized who I am and I will Never give up on myself.

My way of thinking when in doubt, get into the word. My mind may wander, my feelings may get hurt, and I am unsure of myself at times. I like to say I always find what I am looking for, but that’s a joke. I like to go to my church service online. I came across a title called, “Not be Afraid,” and I got some highlights from that teaching.

{ The Lord is my light and my salvation— Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the refuge and fortress of my life— Whom shall I dread?
Psalms 27:1 AMP
https://bible.com/bible/1588/psa.27.1.AMP

When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, They stumbled and fell.
Psalm 27:2 KJV
https://bible.com/bible/1/psa.27.2.KJV

Though a host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: Though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.
Psalm 27:3 KJV
https://bible.com/bible/1/psa.27.3.KJV }

It’s true I know I shouldn’t fear anything or anyone. It is easier said, then done, but it’s true. I start thinking about what if’s and here comes the meaning of that word.

{ For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: In the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.
Psalm 27:5 KJV
https://bible.com/bible/1/psa.27.5.KJV

When thou goest out to battle against thine enemies, and seest horses, and chariots, and a people more than thou, be not afraid of them: for the LORD thy God is with thee, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.
Deuteronomy 20:1 KJV
https://bible.com/bible/1/deu.20.1.KJV

for the LORD your God is he that goeth with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.
Deuteronomy 20:4 KJV
https://bible.com/bible/1/deu.20.4.KJV

For God did not give us a spirit of timidity or cowardice or fear, but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of sound judgment and personal discipline [abilities that result in a calm, well-balanced mind and self-control].
2 Timothy 1:7 AMP
https://bible.com/bible/1588/2ti.1.7.AMP

I sought the Lord [on the authority of His word], and He answered me, And delivered me from all my fears.
Psalms 34:4 AMP
https://bible.com/bible/1588/psa.34.4.AMP

I got ready to start my new adventure and at the start a new sign popped on my computer. I thought my computer was set up for all programs, but I may have been wrong. I started second guessing. I couldn’t get that thought out of my mind.

Once again. I am putting my hopes and dreams aside, but I WILL NOT GIVE UP ON MY DREAMS. I will get someone to look at my computer and add the right program. I WILL NOT BE STOPPED……

More Protein

Today was the first time in two months I was able to go outside for a walk. I  would have been out longer, but there were so many dogs out.  I didn’t mind the ones on a leash, but the ones that weren’t. I am going back to what was said years ago, “ if you don’t have anything nice to say – don’t say anything at all”. I may have walked longer. Well, I am glad I got in an hour.

I got to thinking about what my doctor had said about me eating more protein and I’m like “I eat two eggs every morning and at least one dish with chicken in it once a week”. I thought that was enough, but I guess I was wrong.

I like eating mostly veggies and fruit. The thought of eating more meat had me making faces. Then I found myself asking a question or two. Here are a few suggestions I got from Google:

  1. Hemp Seeds (2 Tbsp) Protein: 9 g  Calories: 164 calories = Raw foodie fan and superfood expert David Wolfe says hemp seeds are one of his favorite high-protein mix-ins—and for good reason. In addition to protein, they’re high in iron, magnesium, and omega-3s. Bonus: These mild, slightly nutty seeds pair well with just about everything.
  2. Tahini (2 Tbsp)Protein: 5.2 g Calories: 188 = While this paste of ground sesame seeds is normally an ingredient in hummus, it can add a wonderful creaminess and a dose of healthy fat and protein to smoothies, says Rania Batayneh, MPH, author of The One One One Diet (published by Rodale, which also publishes Prevention). “It’s also a great alternative if you can’t have nut butters.” One of Batayneh’s favorite combos: Tahini, milk, dates, and a mix of spices like cardamom, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  3. Chia Seeds (2 Tbsp) Protein: 4.7 g Calories: 138 = Like hemp, protein-rich chia seeds can be added to any flavor imaginable. “These are crazy good for you,” says Kumai. “Just 2 Tbsp provides you with 40% of your daily value of fiber and five times the omega-3s of a quarter cup of walnuts.” Since they develop a gelatinous texture when added to liquids, they’re also a great way to thicken up a smoothie.
  4. Pumpkin Seeds (2 Tbsp)Protein: 5 g Calories: 126 = Protein-rich pumpkin seeds are a favorite mix-in of Jennifer McDaniel, RD, spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. They’re also loaded with magnesium, a key nutrient for strong bones and optimal muscle functioning. For a richer, nuttier flavor, try roasting them. They’re great blended with pumpkin puree, milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon—basically, fall in a cup!
  5. Avocado (½ cup) Protein: 2.3 g Calories: 192 = Avocado’s combo of healthy fats and protein can keep you full for hours. People who included half an avocado in their lunch had a 40% decreased desire to eat over a three-hour period compared to their desire after a standard avocado-less lunch, according to a 2014 Nutrition Journal study. Masters recommends pairing it with unsweetened cocoa powder, milk, dates, and spinach for a healthier take on the chocolate shake.

I only like two out of five items on this short list. Well, who doesn’t like avocados and pumpkin seeds? I will have to go try adding a few of the other items into my diet. I went and bought a mixer, so I can make smoothies, and take more steps to becoming a better me…

Online Traveling #23 Minnesota

Photo by Josh Hild on Pexels.com

I had started looking for videos in Minnesota, but I couldn’t find any. I was about to give up on this state, but I really didn’t want to believe that I couldn’t find something nice to do in Minnesota. Then I asked Google a question and this site came up:

I love going to the malls.  One doesn’t have to go to the mall to shop. The mall is the best place for walking in a cool atmosphere. One can also plan their shopping day as they walk past each shop. My eyes were wide open when I took a virtual tour of “The Mall of America.” There is something for every age and one may have to come back a few times before seeing everything. Cool for me…

Simply Walk 4K –  Mall of America – Bloomington, Minnesota USA 4K Walking Tour Jan 2022 {}

Video #1 – I enjoy this video. I REALLY want to go to this mall. Click on the website and find out more info……

I went back on youtube to find some more videos, but other than school stuff and showing a new house to buy – it was a bust. I came across another website…   https://leechlake.org/

At first look, I thought it was going to be all about fishing, but I was wrong. There are a lot of things to do other than fishing. I couldn’t find a video other than fishing, so if you like to see some of the nature walks, bike riding, and so on.

Here are a few sites when I asked this question, “things to do in Minnesota?”:

I am cutting my stay in Minnesota short and getting back to working on my burgundy project.

Another New Start

Photo by Andrea Davis on Pexels.com

I am still in shock that I had to change jobs, from working retail to a grocery store, and in more pain than I was after giving birth twenty fours years ago. Okay, then I thought about working from home. A good idea. Then again not every homebase job is best for you or not real at all.

I found one that sounded good and I checked and double checked and was about to sign up for it. Then a voice said, “ARE YOU SURE,” and that got me looking once again. I am glad I did, for it turned out to be a scam.

I am not the best person to work a computer, so I didn’t think I could do that, and I am back to where I started. The word transcript came about, most said all you need to know is how to read and write English and type, but that was putting it lightly. One should be able to type fast, faster than fast past 35 wpm. I am out of luck there.

I WILL NOT GIVE UP, because coming home in pain EVERY DAY is just no F.U.N!!!!  I am still thinking about Pinterset and opening my own shop on shopify.

This is me thinking outside of the box and rethinking how I am going to be a better me. Who says I have to stay where I am and work myself to a point where I can no longer enjoy life. Today was a great day to go for a walk. I was in pain all morning and now that it’s early evening it’s a little too late for me to go for that walk.

** A Side Note:  I was supposed to write about Minnesota for my next “Online traveling” story, but couldn’t find anything I liked. I am going to try again, but if not I will be moving onto Mississippi..
