I don’t know about anyone else, but I love looking at crochet projects. I can spend anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour doing this.
I would save the ones I like the best and go back to see if there are directions. One of the best things about this craft is that more than one person may have done the same project, and you can go through as many as you have too to be able to understand the directions to make that project on your own.
I found a project and I couldn’t wait to get started. It took five to six times before I got it right. Then the sad news came, when I had to put it on hold altogether, because of two unfortunate events:
- Walmart no longer carried the yarn.
- Micheal had the yarn, but for $5.00 and I knew I would need at least 6 spools of yarn.
I had started a project that must come first and when Caron chunky cakes yarn was on sale I had to go for it.
I have my fingers crossed that Caron simply soft yarn will be on sale next month, because I really want to finish this project.
I really don’t like to stop working on a project I just learned how to make, because I will forget and I will relearn everything. Oh well hopefully next time it won’t take too long….
