I am heading towards Hawaii, a place I have always wanted to go. I have seen this state in movies like:
- Moana (my favorite)- bought the DVD, because of Dweyne Johnson’s voice. No, I didn’t even see a preview. I LOVE this movie & still watch it.
- Johnny Tsunami – I saw this movie on HBO a few years ago, but it was a good movie.
- Lilo & Stitch – I don’t remember how I first saw this movie, I do know I bought it, and it was part of our movie night more than one time…
This is a very – very short list. I knew if I start a list showing movies I have seen to television shows that was filmed in Hawaii like:
- Gilligan’s Island – It may have been reruns, because I wasn’t born as of yet.
- Hawai`i Five-O – I didn’t care for the first one (reruns), but the up to date one 2010 – 2020.
- Fantasy Island – That came on after the ‘Love Boat,’ and that got me thinking how men look good in a suit.

I am thinking this trip may end up like L.A? My time in L.A left me with way too many places to see in one post. I like to do at least five videos, but it could be a part 2 or 3? No, I don’t think I will go over 2 if that many. Then again I don’t know until I have answered all of my questions….

#2. The reason why I clicked on this video, because it said it was going to give at least 10 great things to do, by a local, and who would know better than a local. Then I almost clicked it off when I realized Blake wasn’t actually in these places. I am glad I let it play through, because there was a lot of information and he even offered a discount on places you can go to enjoy Maui.
Side Note: I would like to go for a less tiresome hike, but most of the things to do were a little too fast for me. I was thinking there had to be somewhere in Hawaii that wouldn’t have a lot of people and this site https://traveltips.usatoday.com/ is what popped up on Google. It has a lot of extra things I don’t care to look at, but someone else may feel different. I think I will ask ‘YouTube’ this question and see what it brings up.

#3 This wasn’t about my question, but I thought its title would be very helpful to anyone who wanted to go to Hawaii in the near future. She did say, ‘things change at all times,’ but this video gave me some idea of what could happen if I get a chance to visit Hawaii in the near future.

#5 This video was like watching an anime English Subbed episode and I DO NOT look at them, and I did not watch this video. Although the music was nice and what was shown on screen looked nice. Someone else might like this video – why am I including it in my post?
Side note: I noticed that this was more of a “what to do” and “what not to do” and not what I was looking for. Then again I would rather have too much information on a new place and have some idea of what to expect, then going in hoping for the best.
I can’t wait for ‘Hawaii – Part 2”……
